It started with a simple observation.
Children are natural builders — of games, clubs, small schemes with rules and roles. Then school channels it all into theory, and the building instinct goes quiet. Puja Sethi, our co-founder, refused that trade. Her conviction started this company: give children a real way to build, early, and you change what they believe they're capable of.
Then it was engineered.
Dr. Ravi Kiran Sethi — RK — co-founded SYC to build the system around that conviction: marine engineer on ships worldwide → dry-bulk broker → maritime software VP → owner-operator of a Singapore restaurant → COO of an offshore fleet in Nigeria → Dubai, running operations across a venture portfolio.
His doctoral research on adolescent entrepreneurship, defended in 2026, points to a clear answer: the early years are the golden window, the biggest barrier is fear of failure — and theory alone moves neither. Practice does.
